Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, as they can vary based on factors such as the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

Estimated Shipping Period

Depending on your country, the delivery time for our products is usually 1-2.5 weeks, for some products up to 4 weeks. Please always read the shipping information in the "Shipping" section of the product page carefully before ordering!

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Before purchasing, PLEASE MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct! If you need your item to ship to elsewhere please let me know UPON payment so that you can receive your item and it would not be lost.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, I'm unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, I will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Tubidu Graphics as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to me, I'll contact you to make arrangements for reshipment.

Christmas Shipping

Please take into account that CHRISTMAS Post always takes longer so I would advice you to Order before at latest the 1st of December. Please allow extra shipping time because of Christmas post. I am not responsible if the purchase does not arrive on time! Thank you!

Taxes

International clients please bear in mind any potential tax liabilities in your country. This will be paid for by the customer and not by this shop.
