Refund policy
You have 14 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 14-day return policy. Orders above €400 or custom orders are subject to different return procedures (see below).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), printable illustrations, printable calendars, and desktop wallpapers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
• Used, opened items cannot be returned.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• Please note that we reserve the right to keep 50% of the purchase price in the event of refund requests for higher value transactions (purchases over €400).
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return or a refund, please contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

3. Return back the original item (on your own cost unfortunately)
4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the items will be automatically processed and produced. If the item has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, we can only refund you after the item has been returned to us. The refund will NOT include shipping cost and only applies to the cost of the purchase item. To start a return, please always contact us.
